We all have the answers we are looking for within ourselves. When we seek counsel, we are really asking to be reminded of something we already know but have temporarily forgotten. My goal in counseling is to help you access your own inner wisdom rather than giving you advice.
In order to experience life differently, you need to be willing to look at it differently. Your problems can be used as opportunities to learn the beautiful truth about yourself so that you can realize your full potential and live a happier, more meaningful life. The truth is, you are a joyful, unlimited spiritual being, imagining you are “only human.” Counseling can offer you helpful tools and insights for removing the blocks to being your natural, joyful self.
